An ethnic Albanian man was killed outside his home by a plastic explosive as tensions rise in Kosovo. Andrew Raven reports - 4/8/12

The aftermath of a deadly bombing in Kosovo. One man, a 38-year-old ethnic Albanian, was killed when a home-made bomb went off outside this apartment building in the divided town of Mitrovica.

Belgrade, which refused to recognise the secession, plans to include its former province in elections next month.
